Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026.
This policy covers this website and the form on it. It explains what Entourage AI(“we”) collects, why, where it goes, and what we don’t do with it.
The short version
We use what you put in the form to look up your property and contact you about it. We don’t sell or share it. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
What the form collects
- The property address you enter. If address suggestions are switched on, we also keep the address’s map identifier and coordinates.
- Whether the property is residential or commercial.
- Your name, your email address, and your phone number if you give one.
- Campaign tags from the link you followed to reach us, if it had any (the “utm” parameters in a web address), and the first page you landed on. These tell us which of our letters or emails you were responding to.
- The time you sent the form and the kind of browser you used.
- A one-way code made from your internet address. We use it only to stop the same connection sending the form many times in a row; it can’t be turned back into your address.
What happens to it
Your submission is saved in our database, sent by email to our team, or both, so that a person can look at your property and get back to you. Nobody outside Entourage AI reads it except the service providers that run those systems for us, listed below.
Submitting the form doesn’t authorize us to file anything for you and doesn’t create any obligation.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles your internet address when your browser loads a page.
- Our database provider hosts the database where submissions are saved.
- Google provides the email service that delivers submissions to our team.
- If address suggestions are switched on, the address you type is sent to Google’s address service as you type, to suggest matches. When suggestions are off, nothing you type leaves this site until you send the form.
These providers process the information on our behalf. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Campaign tags are held in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so that they reach us with the form even if you look at other pages first; they aren’t sent anywhere unless you submit the form. If we turn on visitor statistics, we use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal information.
Information from public records
We find properties by reading public records: county assessment rolls and property ownership records. If we contacted you about a property, that’s where your name and the property’s details came from.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission for as long as we need it to look into your property and follow up with you, and delete it when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (508) 202-2509. You can also ask us not to contact you again.
Changes
If we change how we handle information from this site, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
